Energy, Vibration, Frequency, & Consciousness!!!

Everything is energy. How does our energy, vibration & frequency interact with our consciousness, or can we control those with our consciousness???

I would be remiss to discuss this topic without incorporating Nicola Tesla’s message on the subject. “Nikola Tesla believed that understanding energy, frequency, and vibration was key to understanding the universe. He viewed the universe as composed entirely of energy that exists in different forms and at different vibration rates. All matter is made of this universal energy vibrating at different frequencies. Lets break things down a bit and understand each of these terms.

Energy

A fundamental entity of nature that is transferred between parts of a system in the production of physical change within the system and usually regarded as the capacity for doing work, in the form of heat and light. What are the types of energy? “Common forms of energy include the kinetic energy of a moving object, the potential energy stored by an object (for instance due to its position in a field), the elastic energy stored in a solid object, chemical energy associated with chemical reactions, the radiant energy carried by electromagnetic radiation, and the internal energy contained within a thermodynamic system. Vibration

Vibration (from Latin vibrāre 'to shake') is a mechanical phenomenon whereby oscillations occur about an equilibrium point. Vibration may be deterministic if the oscillations can be characterised precisely (e.g. the periodic motion of a pendulum), or random if the oscillations can only be analysed statistically (e.g. the movement of a tire on a gravel road).

Vibration can be desirable: for example, the motion of a tuning fork, the reed in a woodwind instrument or harmonica, a mobile phone, or the cone of a loudspeaker.

In many cases, however, vibration is undesirable, wasting energy and creating unwanted sound. For example, the vibrational motions of engines, electric motors, or any mechanical device in operation are typically unwanted. Such vibrations could be caused by imbalances in the rotating parts, uneven friction, or the meshing of gear teeth. Careful designs usually minimize unwanted vibrations.

The studies of sound and vibration are closely related (both fall under acoustics). Sound, or pressure waves, are generated by vibrating structures (e.g. vocal cords); these pressure waves can also induce the vibration of structures (e.g. ear drum). Frequency

For cyclical phenomena such as oscillations, waves, or for examples of simple harmonic motion, the term frequency is defined as the number of cycles or repetitions per unit of time. The conventional symbol for frequency is f or ν (the Greek letter nu) is also used.^[3] The period T is the time taken to complete one cycle of an oscillation or rotation. The frequency and the period are related by the equation^[4]

The term temporal frequency is used to emphasise that the frequency is characterised by the number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit time.

The SI unit of frequency is the hertz (Hz),^[4] named after the German physicist Heinrich Hertz by the International Electrotechnical Commission in 1930. It was adopted by the CGPM (Conférence générale des poids et mesures) in 1960, officially replacing the previous name, cycle per second (cps). The SI unit for the period, as for all measurements of time, is the second.^[5] A traditional unit of frequency used with rotating mechanical devices, where it is termed rotational frequency, is revolution per minute, abbreviated r/min or rpm.^[6] 60 rpm is equivalent to one hertz.^{[7] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frequency)}

Consciousness

Consciousness, at its simplest, is awareness of internal and external existence.^[1] However, its nature has led to millennia of analyses, explanations and debate by philosophers, theologians, and scientists. Opinions differ about what exactly needs to be studied or even considered consciousness. In some explanations, it is synonymous with the mind, and at other times, an aspect of mind. In the past, it was one's "inner life", the world of introspection, of private thought, imagination and volition.^[2] Today, it often includes any kind of cognition, experience, feeling or perception. It may be awareness, awareness of awareness, or self-awareness either continuously changing or not.^[3][4] The disparate range of research, notions and speculations raises a curiosity about whether the right questions are being asked.^[5]

Examples of the range of descriptions, definitions or explanations are: ordered distinction between self and environment, simple wakefulness, one's sense of selfhood or soul explored by "looking within"; being a metaphorical "stream" of contents, or being a mental state, mental event, or mental process of the brain. To keep things consistent I used the Wikipedia definitions for these. Frequency is an interesting one as it involves oscillation and time. How often does the action happen over time. Like a heart beat normally 60-90 beats per minute. What they don’t discuss is the emotional content other than a brief mention in the “Altered States” of consciousness.

While I provided the wikipedia dictionary definition for the terms, Lets take them to a human level, more of a practical application to these. Emotional consciousness is the frequency of the level of your thoughts. In my previous writings I have discussed how Fear is a low vibrational frequency, and Love is a higher vibrational frequency. Those of us in the Boomer generation have been programmed through Fear based programming for decades. We saw the invention and implementation of the Tell-Lie-Vision from black and white with 3 channels and a test pattern after 11:00 p.m. To today when you can have hundreds of channels of whatever you want to watch any time of day or night. Many homes have a Fear based programming machine running 24/7 365 days of the year.

We have been programmed to be addicted to adrenaline. Fear causes adrenaline to be produced. Tell-Lie-Vision programs a low level of Fear based information, so when you turn on the “News” you get a higher level of fear based programming that spikes an adrenaline peak. This is the Fight or Flight mechanism we are born with. It’s a great response when you need to protect yourself from an encounter with a large animal in nature. It will Kill you if you spend your existence living in fear. The thing about adrenaline is the next fix is only a thought away. Oh shoot I forgot to get the oil changed in the car, or did I leave that dress at the cleaners too long. While calmly thinking these thoughts in a very relaxed state they won’t cause an adrenaline rush. But add in an anxious emotion to those same thoughts and bingo… You just got your next fix of adrenaline. Learn to recognize the times you have an anxious fear based thought.

Jim Rohn said “If you will change, things will change for you!” and this is so true. Syncronicity happens, I had been contemplating this substack for a few days, how to present it, what to include, what direction do I move in, with the informaiton. This morning in my e-mail I got a e-mail on a documentary coming out later this month from Dr. Joe Dispenza, the link is here: (https://sourcethefilm.org/watch-for-free/) It is a documentery of Dr. Joe’s work and the studies he and his team have conducted with some of the results. One of Dr. Joe’s messages is “How we think and how we feel create our state of being.” If you want change in your life, you have to change. Doing the same thing every day programs you not to change.

Change is one of the hardest things to do yet it’s so simple to do. It just doesn’t feel good for a little while. Learn to be comfortable in the uncomfortable chaos. Then change becomes easier. Here is a short video of Dr. Joe explaining this:

Getting familiar with your thoughts and feelings, where did that thought come from? Did you hear it on TV, radio, some conversation you overheard? Why are you having that feeling? Are you so focused you are closed off? What happens if you open your heart and connect your brain? If you imagine your best life, all the details. Then you close your eyes and feel so grateful that you already are living that life, so thankful for the abundance that God provided in your life. You changed your thinking and your feelng, in a positive direction. Continue this.

I’ve said several times, we have been lied to at such a level you cannot think what you know is Truth, unless you have factual evidence that you have examined that proves it true. I use the Revolutionary war often. We were told we won that war. We also know that every war since Napoleon has been funded by the same bankers on both sides. History was written by the winners of the wars.. So who really won the Revolutionary War? I contend that Britian won that war! Our Court system is controlled by the BAR. British Accredation Registry. Attorneys hold a Title of Nobility, an Esquire is a title of nobility. How many federally elected officials are attorneys and hold a title of nobility? Prove me wrong that Britian won the Revolutionary war. The point is we can’t believe what we were taught as truth, to be true.

One of the points I wanted to include in this post is possibilities! What is possible? If everything is Energy, Vibration, Frequency, and Consciousness. Energy at a quantum level is pieces of matter floating in empty space spinning at a specific rate. The difference between the atomic structure of a rock and water is very similar. The rock has more condensed matter spinning a lot faster than the water. But the actual structure is similar. If we could manipulate physical matter with our consciousness through belief. Could we walk through walls? Swim in the land and walk on the water? Instead of being taught lies, what if we were taught from small children that everything is possible. That we can fly, that we can be like Neo in the matrix and dodge bullets by slowing down time. That we can lift humanity out of strife and poverty by helping others to chang their thinking. As a man thinketh so is he. What wouldn’t be possible?

A lot of my questions are designed to make you think. To change how you think. To look at things from all possible perspectives. To look for evidence and let that evidence tell you the story. Question everything, why are you being told what you are being told? Who benefits from what you are told? By how you act or react? If it’s on a media, someone is paying for you to hear what you hear, see what you see, feel what you feel. How is the person paying for you to hear see or feel benefitting? How are they programming you, and what are they programming you to do, how are they programming you to act? These are just questions to help you think a different thought.

Challenge your own beliefs, but follow the instructions under the video the paragraph that ends with continue this. Feel your best life, in your heart and head. Live the Love you were designed to feel. Walk your day in love and watch for the triggers that pull you down into stress, frustation, and anger. Those are your triggers to help you heal a part of you that has been masked so you won’t see it. When you bring it out into the light you heal that part of you.

Doctors don’t heal you!!! The energy that created the body heals the body, you heal you. A healer only helps the person heal themsleves. The transiton to heal many times requires becoming a different person. The person with the dreaded “Cancer” has to change. They have created their personality as a “Cancer” person. They have to release that personality. Then create that whole person who is healthy and happy. Become that person and leave that Cancer personality behind. One of the reasons I like Dr. Joe Dispenza is he walks his talk. The above are his teachings. His main tool, is Meditation. To become familar with!

Who’s life will you touch? We are so blessed to embody these meat suits. They have been so intricately designed, they heal themselves when we get our brains out of the way. Like grains of sand on the beach, souls are lined up to manipulate a meat suit in these historic times. You are already here reading this. You are a being of the light, of the original creator of Love. Your simple smile has the power to lift another who isn’t feeling so up. It can change their day and it cost you nothing but a change of attitude. I hope I sparked a thought or two with this one.
