Addictions are a huge part of society, especially in today’s world of rush, hurry, and convenience. Most of us only understand addiction as drug and alcohol addiction. However, we can be addicted to food, work, church, phones and computers, and anything else that distracts us from a direct connection with our I AM. Drug and alcohol addiction are highly common in our society.
My contention is this is intentional programming from the Tell-Lie-Vision and the money masters that program the fear based programming that exists in that medium. The easy way out is to drown our emotional pain with alcohol and drugs. We as a society have been exposed to severe emotional pain through the mediums I previously mentioned. Unknowingly as children watching the Cartoons on Saturday mornings programming our psyche, with fear based cartoons and symbolism. We laugh as the coyote, who was chasing the roadrunner, and runs off the cliff, or blows himself up, or draws a picture of a train tunnel on a cliff side and gets run over by the train coming out of the drawing.
What effect on a young developing mind, body and psyche does this type of programming have? Is it positive and uplifting? or is it destructive and programming the child to fear? We all laugh as the background noise is an audience laughing. Laugh at the injury of others. Programming us out of compassion for others.
Fear causes the biggest addiction on the planet, especially in western cultures in large cities. The pace of life in the city is moving so fast because to get anywhere you have to spend a few hours in your car to get across town. They train us to go, go, go, no time to slow down and reflect on Life. A constant stream of fear comes in their times off of work through the Tell-Lie-Vision watching News, Sports, and Documentaries that are all designed to program you to fear. Fear causes the biggest addiction we have, adrenaline. Adrenaline can be obtained with just a thought. A fearful thought can spike your adrenaline and cause a rush. No need to go to the liquor store, find a drug dealer, or run to the pharmacy to get your fix. it’s only a thought away.
Fear restricts our ability to access the calm and loving areas of the brain or the frontal lobe of higher consciousness thought. It also keeps you from a congruent heart brain connection that elevates your consciousness and leads to that direct connection to your I AM. Where the real work starts. We will allow any distraction from any shiny object to redirect our thoughts away from that challenging, place of discipline, that is our own internal work. When we work on the conflict we hold within, that blocks the love from flowing from you, to help others.
If you do your own internal work, you give others permission to do it themselves, if they take the time to slow down and appreciate, and have gratitude for all of the beauty that surrounds us in Nature.
The deep work within is where we work through the trauma we have experienced in traversing life. When we slow down and create a meditation practice or prayer practice, and take the time just sitting quietly with yourself and your thoughts. To ponder those thoughts to the point you recognize some of your thoughts are stupid and sick thoughts. Where did those come from and why do they pop up in my head???
When we ponder these thoughts and their origins it leads us to ugly we received in childhood and how we dealt with that or not. The more we access these thoughts and feelings the easier, the less time it takes next time. Kind of like riding a bicycle, playing a musical instrument, or learning to drive a car. Until the muscle memory takes over it’s a lot of work and you feel like you will never get to mastery. With practice you can drive the car, change the radio station while shifting gears and eating a burger. Or play the musical instrument, sing and think about how you are going to mow the lawn tomorrow.
Trauma is a funny thing, we can push it down and feel like we dealt with it, ignore it, but if we don’t properly process the trauma it will rear it’s ugly head at the most inappropriate times. Dealing with your trauma requires a higher vibration and level of consciousness to access properly to deal with it. In these higher levels of consciousness we can observe the trauma from a third person perspective. That is why psychedelic’s help with trauma. Some psychedelics can allow you to view your childhood traumas from a third person perspective and say to yourself, wow that poor kid to be subjected to that trauma or abuse.
Then they realize that poor kid was them. You can do all the talk therapy for years and as soon as you start to get to the real trauma, the emotions take you right back to the fear based programming and you shut down your higher levels of thought. Meditation, prayer, or psychedelics gives you a different perspective to view the trauma from and realize it was at best a very messed up situation and you did the best you could do with the transition of events. And you are that poor kid that had that trauma and abuse. You can forgive yourself and start to heal the root causes of your emotional body which can heal your physical body because the dis-ease in the physical was rooted in the emotional.
As you process through the traumas, you get a closer connection to your I AM, or the light of love that was responsible for your creation. As you gain this connection you release fear. You start to recognize that when you are in that loving space, the love keeps the fear away. You gain a level of confidence that only Love can create. You no longer have those fear based thoughts, and that allows the space for the love based thoughts to present themselves to you.
Then you operate your life from a higher based consciousness of Love, it becomes easier to walk your day in Love or above. At this higher level of consciousness you see through the fear based programming. You see the lies for what they are, and you start to pick up intent. Cannabis also helps you see intent. Cathy O’Brien who wrote Trance-Formation of America was an MKUltra survivor. The only drug she was restricted from using was cannabis because cannabis helps you see the intent of others. Look into what fear based programming you have from your past, when you recognize it. You will be better able to see it going on everywhere. Hope this helps you see some of your fear based triggers…. At my age(soon to be 80) I am still working on all of this . Finding peace in my daily prayer and meditation time. Trusting that God has my back., and knowing everything is in his hands, is comforting. I LOVE your mantra of walking our day in love. In that space there is no room for fear.
